Start here: VoxRelay setup and troubleshooting
This is the official starting thread for VoxRelay. Install the current Microsoft Store build on a 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer. Auto mode uses a supported NVIDIA CUDA GPU when available and falls back to CPU processing otherwise. Keep the computer online during the first model download, then select the playback source and processing device from the VoxRelay notification-area menu.
When requesting help, include the VoxRelay version, Windows version, selected Auto/CUDA/CPU mode, NVIDIA GPU and driver details when applicable, selected audio source, and whether the problem involves model loading, capture, transcription, translation, timing, or display. Do not post private audio, subtitle transcripts, passwords, access tokens, license keys, or personal information.
