These Terms are an agreement between Max Power IT, LLC ("Max Power IT") and the person or organization using SpatialDesk ("you"). By installing or using the SpatialDesk app, Windows Bridge, documentation, or support services (the "Software"), you accept these Terms.
1. Limited license
Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, Max Power IT grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control for personal or internal business purposes. The Software is licensed, not sold.
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, redistribute, host the proprietary Software for third parties, bypass security controls, remove legal notices, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
2. Store and companion-system terms
Apple App Store or Microsoft Store terms control where mandatory. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where Apple requires it, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce the Apple-specific portions as permitted by Apple's developer terms.
Core use requires compatible Windows and Apple Vision Pro devices and a trusted private network. Steam, SteamVR, the ALVR visionOS client, browsers, XR applications, and games are separately supplied and licensed by their providers.
3. Beta features
The MCP Server and immersive XR, SteamVR, WebXR, OpenXR, and ALVR integration features are labeled Beta. They may change, be incomplete, perform differently across hardware, or be removed. They are not for safety-critical, emergency, medical, or industrial-control use.
4. Streaming, input, firewall, and privacy
You must be authorized to view, transmit, copy, and control every device and item of content used with the Software. After consent, the installer or first launch may create Private-profile Windows Firewall rules for TCP 19842/19843 and UDP 5353. Denying permission may prevent discovery or streaming.
Diagnostics are anonymized, local, and limited to five minutes. They are not automatically transmitted. Export requires acknowledgement; support upload is a separate manual act. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Software for unauthorized access, interception, malware, security evasion, harassment, fraud, unlawful content transmission, infringement, or any high-risk activity in which failure could cause injury, property damage, or critical data loss.
6. Third-party and open-source software
Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses; these Terms do not limit open-source rights. The compiled Windows product includes Electron and Node.js (MIT), Chromium and its component licenses, React and JavaScript dependencies (principally MIT), Rust crates (MIT, Apache-2.0, Unlicense, and Unicode terms as identified), ALVR 20.14.1 (MIT), and the codec/dependency notices supplied in ALVR's installed licenses folder, including the applicable FFmpeg terms.
Full notices are installed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, TRADEMARKS.md, LICENSE.electron.txt, LICENSES.chromium.html, and resources/alvr/licenses. Steam and SteamVR are not redistributed.
